Welcome to Episode 55! Mandee and Katie have both been traveling. Mandee has gotten a dose of living with teenagers as well as a trip to Chi-town for some baseball and a Pink concert. Katie went to the mountains for some rest and some retreat before the start of her last year of her Masters! Time flies when you are having fun! Katie shares a high protein dish as she continues her quest to find and consume all of the protein and fiber she can stand.
