Find Your People Episode 25

The elevator sagas continue for the FYP girls.  It is Katie’s turn this time to fight the elevator doors.  Mandee catches us up with all of the fun stories from her trip to SSI and we get another round of “Things I Don’t Understand.”  If you are trying to fill the Olympic void until this summer, then we have some great options of things to watch.  Katie brings us two great ideas in Find Your Food, one is a tribute to friend of the podcast, Burch!  And In Mandee’s favorites we talk all things Substack and more!  

Katie Food:

Grandma Susie’s Deviled Crab

1 lb crabmeat

1 cup breadcrumbs 

2 eggs lightly beaten

1/2 cup minced celery

1/2 cup minced green pepper

1/2 cup minced onion

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp worcestershire

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp hot sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup melted butter

Melt butter in skillet and cook celery, pepper, and onion until done.  Mix all ingredients.  Cook at 375 in a greased dish.

Remoulade Sauce

Mayonnaise, dijon mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, relish or capers

Trader Joe’s Sheet Pan Dinner - pesto chicken breasts, package of cherry tomatoes, burrata spread over the top, drizzle with balsamic glaze and cook at 425 for 25 minutes.
