The elevator sagas continue for the FYP girls. It is Katie’s turn this time to fight the elevator doors. Katie Food:
Grandma Susie’s Deviled Crab
1 lb crabmeat
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup melted butter
Melt butter in skillet and cook celery, pepper, and onion until done. Mix all ingredients. Cook at 375 in a greased dish.
Remoulade Sauce
Mayonnaise, dijon mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, relish or capers
Trader Joe’s Sheet Pan Dinner - pesto chicken breasts, package of cherry tomatoes, burrata spread over the top, drizzle with balsamic glaze and cook at 425 for 25 minutes.
