Find Your People Episode 19

It is a dog eat dog world out there, or at least in the room with Katie this week.  Join us for our favorite Christmas movies, updates on baseball and football feels.  In Find Your Food this week, Katie gives a great recipe for something that is easy and great for a pot luck church dinner.  And Mandee gives the best food tip for sausage balls from her Nannee.  In Find Your Favorites, Mandee gives us a great list with everything from shopping to podcasts and shows to watch.  Join in all the fun and Ho, Ho, Ho!

Katie Food:

What to take to a potluck that you won’t see 5 of on the table.

Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

3 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach

14 oz can chopped artichoke hearts, drained

1 small onion minced

1 stick butter, melted

1/c c sour cream

2 packages cream cheese, softened

Parmesan cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

Garlic powder

Topping:

1 ½ c Ritz cracker crumbs 

Melted butter

Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain spinach.  Preheat oven to 350.  Line bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish with artichoke hearts.  Sauté onions in butter.  Add rest of casserole ingredients.  Spread over artichoke hearts.  Toss crumbs in melted butter and add parmesan cheese.  Sprinkle over casserole.  Bake uncovered for 20 min or until bubbly.
