Episode 58 finds Mandee in her sick bed and Katie fresh off of a zoom class. We are so thankful that no matter what state we are in, we get together each week to catch up and bring y’all along for the ride. This week we talk all things football and baseball. Mandee even did her own form of south Georgia carpool karaoke. We have some great favorites to share and a good and easy recipe for when you are in your sickbed and still need to eat.
Mandee’s Food
Sickbed Chicken Noodle Soup
Rotisserie chicken
Veggies of your choice (onion and celery)
Olive oil
Shaved carrots
Box of chicken broth
Egg noodles
Butter
Lemon
Italian parsley
Soften the veggies in oil while you pick the chicken. Add chicken and broth. Add a handful of egg noodles and a pat of butter. Finish with lemon and Italian parsley.
