Jalapeno Crescent Cups
1 pkg sheet crescent dough plus a 4 count roll
6 oz diced jalapenos
8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp sour cream
6 slices of bacon; cooked, drained, crumbled
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
½ c shredded sharp cheddar cheese; plus enough to sprinkle on top
½ c mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Cut crescent roll dough into 18 squares. Reserve 4 count for extra filling if needed. Place crescent dough in creased mini muffin tins. Mix remaining filling ingredients and spoon into crescent dough. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 12 minutes. Allow to cool 5 min before removing from pan.
