Tis the season for food and fun! Our first Thanksgiving Episode is full of tips and tricks for helping the holiday be more enjoyable amidst all the cooking. We even included some drink recipes to help with the family. Also, get an updated from Mandee and Katie on the fun things they have been up to and the craziness that is college football these days.

What to have for supper on Wednesday -
Deep Dish Pizza and your favorite salad (check out @carochambers series of elevating bagged salads if you need inspo)
Main Dishes:
Gogy never did turkey
Gogy’s Chicken Squares
6 c diced cooked chicken
¾ c diced celery
¾ c chopped onion
3 c soft bread crumbs
1 ½ c cooked rice
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 ½ c milk
¾ tsp salt
1 ½ c chicken broth
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
⅓ c milk
Mix all ingredients for squares, except sauce. Spoon mixture into buttered 13x9 Pyrex. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min or until knife comes out clean. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Stir and heat thoroughly. Cut into squares, serve and spoon sauce over squares.

Sweet Potato Casserole - whip it, whip it good – it doesn’t matter what recipe you use, just make sure you clean the beaters. The note from Katie’s mom’s recipe says this, “Clean beaters serval times to get out strings.”
