Mandy
Hey, how you doing? Oh
We've had quite a couple weeks. I can't wait to hear about yours. I think yours are a lot more fun than mine
At one point I had three people and three different hospitals all over the state of Georgia
So I'm down to one thank goodness, but she's up in Atlanta
So still a lot of draft time ahead of me, but indeed a little better and a little more settled
Since we talked I went to the Mulberry 200th and that was delightful Mandy you would have loved
the Requiem
Night before the rhetoric like William. It was the Mozart Requiem. Oh
okay, and
They had
so the music director at Mulberry is actually the director of the music department at George Southern and
So he brought up the southern correct the George Southern like corral or whatever they call their
Great, I can't wait to meet it is. Yeah it is. He comes up once during the weekend on Sundays
Wow, yeah, so
They had the singers
From Statesboro, they had the Mercer Center for Strings and
some of the orchestra from
those groups and then they had these featured four featured singers and
It was just
Like that many voices
In a
Sanctuary that was redone in the 60s when there was a fire and purposefully redone for acoustics
Yeah, was just this amazing experience
So I was really glad that I got to do that and of course to get to be there
to celebrate 200 years of
I
Know right, so it was really really great. So I was glad that I did that it was all really good
and then
The only other thing we've been doing around here lately is making our own fun as we like to say in South, Georgia
we don't have stuff to do we make our own fun and
I got a call from one of my members the other day and she
She's still working she's 85 years old she's amazing and she said Katie
And I said, yes miss die and she said
We are taking our furs to summer camp. Would you like to go with us?
Well, of course I would and so
We loaded up all of our fur coats and I have one of my mama's from the 70s that I can't even wear
But she gave it to me a long time ago because you know, she can't wear it. So it's no use to her
so she gives it to me and
we go up to take our
Fur coats to barns furs and making for summer camp because you have to put them in cold storage or you should
apparently and
I'm having mine made into a vest because I don't fit into it. It's very tiny and so
Anyway, I'm gonna do that so I can at least wear it. I'm never gonna buy a new fur, but like I
Don't know. So anyway, so we took it took off for our coats to summer camp and it was so fun when to launch
You know bill will shop in at the fresh market and came home. So that was fun. I
Didn't know you were supposed to put your coat and cold storage. Mm-hmm. They can do for you and then store it for you
Over the summer because it does not do well in the heat apparently
Okay. Well, there was sister in here to the stole
So I better tell her he needs to take her summer camp
Yeah, and then last night I got a call from the same two ladies and
There's a lot going on
With our city government here
There's just a lot and
It's very entertaining and we don't want to get in the middle of it
so we went and sat on miss dies porch and
Had some adult beverages and had people texting us they were in the meeting all the updates about
You know the block parties that ended in
You know gunfire and arrests and they were complaining about the mayor signing off on these block parties and
Anyway, it was just wild. So those are the kind of fun things. I've been doing down here and
South Georgia life
As a
Is a
Native yeah, I do understand
Because what we used to do on Friday nights
It's just drive around
the parking lot at the Moultrie twin cinema out
Across to the snappy sack
Why in the world?
the owner of the snappy sack
did not
Call the police
To get us to quit driving through his parking lot. I mean that's all and I mean
Generations not generations but like yeah from that's what my sister did when she was in high school
And she's four years older than me. Yeah, and that's what we did when we were in high school like
Years and years and years of these children just driving through the parking lot like why I would never let that happen
But I am glad as kravitz
yeah, so listen I get it it makes you a a
more interesting
more
creative
human being
Now, you know kids these days. I mean, let me just really put on my Gladys Kravitz hat
Like they don't know what boredom is and I say this as a person who keeps her own phone in her hand
hours a day, yep, I
would know I would not know what boredom is either but I
Think it's good for you. Yeah
Well, I don't know down here apparently when they get bored they have a block party and shoot everybody so maybe
We didn't you know culture's a little different now. Yeah
Yeah, but we kept our shotguns, you know firmly
Attached to the back windshield
Yeah, so last night we ate appetizers and had
Gin and tonic and waited for the incoming texts from the people in the meeting
Now tell me what the appetizers were say we went
Dianne loves Trader Joe's and she had just been to the one in Athens and so she got their
Samosas this little triangle and she made her own little dip with some red curry and horseradish
And mayo and sour cream. That was delicious
Okay, and then I had been gifted a sour dough loaf of bread for Mother's Day
I
Don't know why
But I was and I was glad to take it and so we cut up
some sour dough into little pieces and put goat cheese and herbs on it and
Then we had hummus and cucumbers
Very nice. Yeah, and now that we have an Aldi we've got all this, you know
the hummus is in the dips and the cheeses and so
Life is better now that we have the healthy
The appetizers are better
But I'm I think I may go up to Atlanta next week to see my member if she's still up there in the hospital
Heck, I may go even if she's not
Why not? Well, there's a Dior exhibit that I want to see so hopefully
So I'm gonna grab us some more samosas because we're out and that is not we can't have that apparently
That is unacceptable if you go to the Dior exhibit before you go
So remember there was a run of
Like I feel like there was an Apple TV series
Yes
Yes
two and
Should watch that before you go. Yes because they're apparently that was about the or right? Yeah, it was it definitely was
Now
There are two red scad flash at the museum there are two big rooms and usually there are two exhibits
But this time I think there's one big room with all like hundreds of looks old and new so I'm really excited
If you're in Atlanta, I think I know I've sat before but that is one of my favorite places if you have any interest in
the
textile arts or in fashion in any way that
Museum does such a good job and you can get so close to those garments and it is just
Amazing to look at the craftsmanship side of it that you don't see on you can't look that closely on TV and see
how
intricate and
Involved all this dresses and garments are so I highly recommend but that's it's there. I think through
August or September right now. So
Go to sky bash if you're in town
and then I don't know if you saw the
The story on the news Mandy
About those angles in Wisconsin. Did you say I did I've seen I didn't say like the origin story
I have seen a couple of the dog accounts. I follow. Yeah
taken
Beagles
Reference a large New York
In
Wisconsin was the largest medical research facility that bred dogs and they bred beagles and
It was found that they were very inhumanly treating these animals more than just keeping them in cages all the time
one example that really just
Makes me angry is that they were doing surgeries on these dogs without anesthesia
Yeah, so really bad stuff
Why are people like that people are
awful and so these animal rescue groups protested and tried to break in to get these animals out and finally
This
group was shut down and
So there were 1500 beagles. They were up for adoption
Imagine the noise
Right. I know right, but they're so sweet
Like I'm sure like
Mandy has you've seen if you're on any of the socials you've seen like the pick the videos of them touching grass for the first time
playing for the first time so
I'm really glad that they've been rescued and apparently they have more applications than they have dogs
Even with 1500 of them
So I'm glad that they have they will all be put in places that are healthier and better
But lord it wasn't it was real tempting to get a beagle last week
I was like, oh my gosh, you know, I found that dogs are like tattoos. You get one and you want ten more
But I just can't do that. But I mean gosh it was real tempting and then some friends
Sent me that and then they sent me a picture of these four little
Spaniels that are not too far from me that need homes and I was like stop doing this
Because that's Maggie's cousin and I will go get I mean I can't do it but like
Holy crap, so
Anyway, it was a really good reminder to adopt dogs. There are purebred dogs
Everywhere that need adoption. So that is not an excuse
That you want a purebred whatever go get a dog. There are plenty out there
it was just like the
Inhumanity of those beagles in that place like I mean what the hell
Mandy
Surgery without anesthesia. I don't know how people could do that
So anyway, that was my kind of scratch my head moment
But then what it's been joyful to see how many people have stepped up
You know one of them I will admit out loud
You know
As I said to a friend of mine the Republicans don't or these MAGA not Republicans
The MAGA don't always get it wrong every once in a while. They stumble onto something good and
Lara Lara. No, it's not Laura. Lara
Trump has really led the charge and
stopping
medical testing on animals and
Help to shut this place down. So
Good for them. They stumbled onto something good. So
Anyway, I'll just
that has been
Whoo, yeah, I just it's been on my heart a lot lately and I just can't get any more dogs, but I want to
But funny I don't I don't I know I know I know well, what have you been up to Mandy
Well speaking of the dogs. Yeah
Miss mercy
Is
We're leaving early in the morning
To go to Atlanta and he was going with because
about
Ten days two weeks ago
Betsy called me. She had just sent a home visit
for a lady indicator
Okay, I've previously adopted but it had been like ten years and she had moved and so I had to get new home study
home visit and
She was like, I think this may be a good match for mercy
So the lady already had shit she had two ones
Lulu passed away, but she still has axle. Okay, it's like 13 or 14
And he also likes to bark
Okay, he is also on the hydrolyzed protein diet. Oh, he's already the crazy expensive food
Look at that
Right. So our only concern is you know, the two barkers
whether or not they can get along and
ask the
Boarding facility because they've seen mercy interact with other dogs a whole lot more than I have and she's like
Oh, I think she'll be totally fine. Totally fine
So where she's gonna I'm dropping her off tomorrow afternoon and the hope is that will be it
Hopefully she will make it work
But we shall see if it blows up then I'll pick her up when I come home
On Sunday, but we'll see of course in the meantime, you know
We were having she was her stomach was totally upset from her med and so we finally
Just sort of went AMA and quit giving her the antibiotic that she had been on for
Four months or whatever. Yes, and that was about I was well almost two months ago
six weeks ago and
She's been doing fine. And then of course all of a sudden this week
She's got like two spots on her elbows and I'm like, oh crap
Yesterday morning she woke me up. I was letting her sleep in the bed because I didn't want her licking her elbows. Yeah
and
She woke me up at like 445 doing the to and fro
Which is what we in the Caldwell household call it when they start to vomit. Yep
so I
Was like just we got to keep it together girl. We got to keep it together
We have a very good opportunity for you coming up. Let's keep it together mercy. Come on
So
Well, I mean here's hoping here's how exactly
Fingers crossed the woman's already text. I mean referring to herself as mercy's mother. Okay?
Hey, listen, I'm feeling good about it feeling good about it. Well, she can relax and
Settle in and yeah, cuz Susie came over last week. Her floors are being replaced and
So she and Gracie came over and you know, I just like I don't have a lot of company and
Would Susie and Gracie got here I was keeping mercy on the leash
and mercy just she just y'all it
Just comes out of her bar bar bar and then yeah allowed and if you don't know it's not aggressive
It is very disconcerting
It's so I
Want Susie and Gracie had left I called Betsy and I was like, okay, let's let's game plan this because that's a lot
That's a lot
But so Betsy's gonna come meet us too. So that's gonna be good. So there'll be three of us they're figuring it all out
Fingers crossed. Yeah
Yeah, she has sweet she had an ear infection
And so we had to get to the vet here and she did much better than she did the last time
So we have made improvements. Yeah
Hopefully that will go well, but yeah going to
Go into Atlanta to see some Braves games. That was good
From my brother-in-law they're playing the Cubs. Oh
So in his typical loose fashion he he bought tickets for the the Cubs Braves game
Because he knew that's what my sister and me would want to see
That's so sweet. Yeah, very nice
And it just so happens y'all. Let's just talk about some baseball for a minute
The Braves are playing really well, right?
I'm
Crossing my fingers. We got a knock on something like we don't I'm surprised you said that out loud
it just
It just like it just keeps happening. Yeah, it just they did lose their first series. So they just were on a
long West Coast road trip
played the Diamondbacks the
Mariners and the Dodgers
And they did lose a series to the Mariners
So that was their first series they have lost
but
Other than that, they took the series from the Dodgers. I
Mean they lost the first game, but then they came back and won the net. They lost the Chris sale game
The one the other two games like I don't know what's happening
Our bats are hot our bats are hot. That's what's happening
Ronald Okunha has injured his hamstring and we have continued to win even with him out
Michael Harris the second injured his hamstring
He never went on the aisle though, but he was not playing center field
He was just DH and then he started in left field and now he's finally back in San Francisco
But I mean he's continued to hit
Ozzy is hitting the cover off the baseball Matt Olson is having an MVP year so far like
It's just and then the guys like Mauricio Duvon who yeah who had ever heard of him before this year
He we had traded for him if he was a free agent
I think I can't remember anyway, we got him in the offseason and he was like
sort of a utility guy
Play shortstop which ended up being great when our shortstop who we had also just signed
For like 20 million dollars
He fell on some ice and cut his hand Hassan Kim
So we were glad to have Duvon. Well turns out Duvon's been hitting the cover off the ball, too. Like it's just
It's lining up perfectly instead of going the other way which it has before like everybody gets injured and we can't
Get a hit to save our lives
Yeah, I have the best record of baseball yeah, so I mean meanwhile the Cubs
Have just had their second 10-game winning streak
You're gonna watch some really good baseball this week, right?
So listen, are you gonna pull for the Braves?
Okay, that's what I figured but
But also freaking loving and hot freaking love Nico Hoerter like there's a bunch of guys on the Cubs now who I love a lot
too
But yeah Braves Braves win
So anyway and the Cub
Ironically what has happened with the Cubs is they look a lot like the Braves like the Braves lost all their pitchers
In spring training the Cubs lost all their pitchers in like the first six weeks of the season
Their latest guy they're they're Chris sale who's not nearly as good as Chris sale, but he's like the veteran
Guy who can like go out and give you some innings and had the year of his life last year
He tore his meniscus as he was playing with his children at his home. I
mean
But yet the Cubs have only won one less game than the Braves
Like they have the second best record in baseball. Yeah
So it's just I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm reminded of
2023
When the Braves just that they had that record
Yeah setting offensive year and Kelly just kept saying enjoy the ride. Just enjoy the ride because I'm so superstitious
I was like we're giving up all our wins. We need to save some wins for the offseason. We're taking too many wins
Which I was right and Kelly was wrong, but she was right to tell me to just enjoy the ride
So I'm trying and hoping we save some wins
Right
We don't need to pick too soon
We've done that before
anyway
That's baseball
Which is exciting not sure the mani boys are even going to make it into the postseason for the first time in
19 oh
Baby she just fell off the sofa. Oh
Are you okay, sweet girl? Okay, we're all right. Okay, we're good. Okay. Oh
Happens without being a cannonball. Yeah. So anyway, baby boys are
Probably not gonna make it and meanwhile Auburn is killing it right right if everything stops you derby. Yeah
But I will say also just another baseball news Tony Vitella
Continues to suck good. We love to see it. Love to see it. Love to be it
Speaking of Knoxville, we went to a wedding
In Asheville, but so I drove to Nashville to pick up my sister
Who was my plus one for the wedding and then we drove to Asheville?
Which required going through not very not like all of a sudden my sister is just shooting a bird and I'm like
What happened? What are you doing? Yeah, it was just towards the University of Tennessee there was
But we stopped now this is your PSA because I don't know that a lot of people know about this place
There used to be one in Nashville
But it started in Knoxville and there are several locations in Knoxville. It is called ham in
goodies ham and goodies
Okay, if you're in Knoxville y'all I cannot recommend it enough
Their lemon cookies are famous
Their tea cakes are also delightful my personal favorite favorite is their strawberry cake
Mmm, just a random choice
But the icing on that strawberry cake is just and then they also make great black bean soup
They make they have a sandwich called the Cisco, which is like our favorite sandwich
My sister worked there in college and so listen, we are well acquainted with everything
But it we miss it so much in Nashville. It was replaced by Ted's Montana grill. Oh rest in peace Ted Turner
Teddy I think I think I think there's a Chipotle. Okay. It's in the same parking lot with the Ted's Montana grill
Anyway, uh, we miss him and getting so much but so we got to stop at him and goodies
I will also say if you're driving from Nashville to Asheville
Add in pad your trip with an extra hour
Because I 40 is still
Gone, like I 40 East is gone
Wow, and so it's two lanes for a good long while
and
When we were going it popped us off on a little side road
Well that even the side road like has a bridge washed out at a certain point
So there's only one line to cover that bridge. So we sat in traffic for 45 minutes on the side right? Like it's just
It take just add an hour to whatever it says
So we were a little late to the rehearsal dinner
Or it wasn't a rehearsal dinner. It was just a welcome party. There was fine, but we were late
But it was all sort of out and okay, it's spelled L E I C E S T E R
But it's pronounced Lester apparently because North Carolina does things like we do. Yeah, I was about to say welcome down
So yeah pronounce it however you want. Yeah, so we stayed in Asheville, but the wedding was in the
Welcome dinner. We're in Lester, North Carolina
Which way from Asheville is that girl? I don't know. Okay
Don't ask me directions. I've never asking actions. You're in a world of hurt
GPS got it. I will say we were saying very close to the river
Okay, if that helps and love Asheville and it was on the the Lester was on like that side of that side
Okay of town. Um
But yeah, so we were on an alpaca farm
the first night
there were alpaca and and llamas over that we could go visit and I intended to and then I got
Stopped and talked to somebody and then they were doing toasts. So
and
Then we did we went around Asheville on Saturday Julie's really good friend
Lonnie who used to work at her clinic retired to Asheville several years ago
And so he is a great tour guide
And he we met him for brunch and then he walked us around Asheville for a couple hours. So that was super fun
Yeah, and then we went to the wedding which was at a different place in Lester
No alpacas at the wedding, but it was super fun. It was a friend from law school and so
She was two years behind me
In law school, but
So there were some making folks there, which was fine
And then a lot of people I had met, you know over the years. I will say there was a guy there
one of her friends husband from Greenville and
The first time I ever met this man
He says to me
You live in Florida. Why are you so pale and I said well, you know, I work really hard
To stay this because I'd rather not die from skin cancer. May I ask you why are you so bald?
So, you know, it was good to see him again. Yeah
But you know other than that
Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?
It was a beautiful wedding and I'm very glad for my friend who has wanted to be married for a very long time
And so I'm glad that that has finally happened for her. She seems very happy
So that was super fun. That was a fun weekend
And then other than that, we've just you know
Been here. Yeah, I
Was really sick again with snot
But it's better
So here we are. I love it
You telling that story about making lawyers reminded me. I don't know if you've seen the news on this one
I thought this was really funny
A Macon lawyer was arrested the other day
For drug trafficking and this is what he was doing. So here's an idea for you
he was soaking the his clients paperwork that he was taking into the jails and liquid marijuana and
Taking them to his clients in jail and then they would eat the paper and get high I
Just feel like there's easier ways to make money. I just there's just got to be easier ways to make money, right?
What he's now in jail next to his clients
Without bot. There you go. Maybe somebody will bring him some marijuana paper. Yeah
And he is he's older than we are. I don't know you probably wouldn't know him
I think you would have missed him in law school
But anyway, it's it's wild out there in this world people trying to make extra gas money, I guess
Listen I
Couldn't think of that in the first place
Right, whatever
Whatever
Well, we're glad you're back. We're glad you're doing well and had a good time and Asheville, which is one of my favorite cities. I
Have been
Reading a lot. And so I have tell us about several book recommendations. I have the first one is
My spicy book series it has come to an end this
Series that Liz Tomford has written it's called in her own league and it's the last in the series
Highly recommend the whole thing. They're quick easy reads summer good summer beach reads
So that was a good one
Along with the new Abby Jimenez the night we met
It was a little anxiety inducing because it's about a love triangle and hers. You're not normally about a love triangle
So I was like, please don't pick the wrong one
Cuz we're clearly a wrong one in our right one
But it's really good very very good
I read the new quick Kate Quinn the astral library. It is very different
From everything else she's ever written it is not historical fiction. It is fantasy
In the best way. So the secret library is available for people when they need a place
to go if they are in an emergency kind of situation in life that the astral library appears to you and
You can go hide in a book and it's really really interesting
The other thing that's really funny is that there are all these ghosts in the astral library and they're stuck there
So they can finish their TBR stacks
There are all these ghosts and they're finishing all their books that they never finished in life
It cracks me up so it's a really good it's just very very different
I'm not normally a fantasy reader, but I enjoyed it very much. So and Kate Quinn's a great writer. So
Recommend that one and then the one I'm reading right now, I'm a little late to the party and you may have read this one
I don't remember
But Frederick Bachman who wrote the man from is the book is called the man from of
Ove but the movie is called the man from Otto and it stars Tom Hanks and it's a very
sad book or movie, but it's great and so
This new book was recommended
To me it's called my friends and it's about an artist and it is
Really really good so far. So that's the one I'm currently reading and I recommend so
There's some good summer reads for ya
Listen I checked out two books from the library, you know back in February because I don't know if anyone remembers
My goal is to read real books this year. Yes. I never took them out of my car
They're still in the back seat of my car girl and now I'm like I'm not returning them until I read them
Yeah
But but I think it's gonna necessitate me getting them out of the back seat of my car. That's a good first ever eat them
Or they will be on your TBR stack when you're a ghost and I'll be a ghost
They are I just thought that was you know, it was just a funny nod to all of us have a huge TBR
But we're gonna be stuck as a ghost in the astral library till we finish our stack of books
Did you ever read
You know me in remembering books, I think it was Midnight Library, no
It's sort of if I'm remembering correctly, yeah, which I should double check it sort of has that same sort of
Fantasy going into a book sort of feel yeah as I recall which was very interesting
It is very interesting and I like you know
The idea that books are a safe place and that's kind of the underlying theme
The books are a safe place for you when the world is not so I thought it was really really good
So Mandy tell us about your
Your
favorites, I'm
Really interested in that first one, especially I'm adding it
So the first one is a podcast it is called love trapped
If you are a member of bachelor nation
I think you would be especially interested in this because it all sort of kicks off
with a
former
That maybe bachelorette and bachelor he was definitely the bachelor his name is Clayton he remembers last name and
I started it peter my interest because at first I thought he was the guy that was on
traders
Who was a former bachelor who has since come out as gay, but that's not this is a different guy
Okay, I was apparently very hated amongst bachelor fans. Okay
Because he admitted to having sex with both people who were in the final two
Shocked I say I know right
so he was coming off of that and sort of had a
horrible reputation and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and was starting his real estate career and
a woman reached out to him because she wanted to look at some property and then she
Like started flirting with him via text and
he finally invited her over one night and
They had oral sex
They did not have penetrative sex, but lo and behold several weeks later
She sends him a picture of a positive pregnancy test and thus kicks off
the saga of Laura Owens and
Y'all the journey
That we take on this podcast
Is fascinating it's sad it is there obviously some mental health issues here
But it
Follows in investigating this one case it just
Explodes so anyway, it was it was riveting
It is I think they've released the last episode last week so it is complete at this point
So highly recommend love trapped
The next thing I have previously talked about I ordered
Like some shorts and a top in the same material
And I liked him so much that I went back and have now ordered a pair of these pants
It's they're from Old Navy and they're the like gauze material
And
They are so comfy. I have not worn them out in public yet, but I have tried them on and
They're just gonna be great for summer because they're like that not touchy sort of fabric
For summer and say listen, I'm here for that
I will say that I also got the little like
Spaghetti strap top to go with them and when I first tried it on I tried it on backwards
Which the ties in the back and so I was like, I don't believe this is what I was going for and then I realized
It was on backwards. So that was better
but that was the day Susie and Gracie were here and
Susie has now become the queen of nagging
And she's like, well, maybe you should get a different color and I said why and she said well just because you're so pale
Once again, I was about to say to maintain yeah paleness
So you can all kiss I mean you can see my big ugly hat is what I walk in every day to key
and it's got a son the
Fabric is you know SPF blah blah blah, so I don't
Get burnt just walking around the campground when I went to the field trip
Montgomery was having a hot snap and
And I decided not I was like well, I'm not wearing shorts and so I have these little linen overall since I wore my overalls
But the number and part of it was because my legs are so pale and
the number of women
On that trip who were proudly showing their pale legs
Inspired me and now I don't care
Listen just what is here pale and proud
the next thing is
Some tinted moisturizer with SPF love it. You know, it's from notarium, which is I think I've previously
Had their some cream that they have as a favorite
And I was reordering that and getting my sister some of that for her birthday and I saw this and thought well
I'm gonna try that
You know because some days you don't want to
You still need some coverage, but you don't want to like do a full face and so this has been great
I love the consistency. I love the
Color. I love the fact they have a little more SPF because listen
Pale is the goal the more the merrier. Yeah, so
Like that and then the last thing is what I went I did a quick run to Trader Joe's when I was leaving
Nashville and and I got the sparkling lemonade
And they're smaller cans. They're not like a you know, where all the sparkling waters are
It's like wouldn't they do those little boxes of four? Okay
It's with those but I just feel like this is going to be
So versatile for the summer. I'm excited to try them. I mean it'll go with vodka. It'll go with gin
It'll go with tequila, right? It's great by itself without anything. I also bought
You know, I can't I can't always find my favorite summer wine from Trader Joe's which is the Contendino's
Vodka
Because it's like a pinot grigio that has just a little bit of sparkle to it
And so I couldn't find that but they had it was a wine
It was a white wine and it was in one of those bottles
remember how coke bottles were when we were little and they had that like
To keep it fizzy. Yeah, it had a little metal piece that pulled it over and the rubber stopper in the top
Yep, it has that kind of top on this wine
And I thought oh that's gonna be so sweet, but it really wasn't it was not very sweet
And so I did I was mixing that with a sparkling lemonade and it was just a nice little spritz
I love a spritz
I'm thinking the sparkling lemonade is gonna be key to our
Summer love that average
choices yes

The privilege of going to their awards banquet and celebrating these students that are graduating and coming into their school year
and accomplishing great things and
So I'm really excited to get to go to that dinner and then the next day we have our board meeting. So
It'll be a good few days of doing that kind of good work and I can't wait to see what wonderful stories
